- Physical exercise (walking and running).
- Avoid smoking.
- Wash your hands thoroughly after using the restroom.
There is an 80 percent chance to prevent metabolic syndrome with regular exercise. Mostly in metabolic syndrome, the size of the stomach and lower part of the body will increase. The extra fat of tummy or intestine (large & small), due to excess oily food or unbalanced food, is also one of the main reason of metabolic syndrome.
Blood pressure, sugar level of body, unbalanced cholesterol, excess body fats around the waist, they increase the ratio of Heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Metabolic syndrome is also connected to overweight or obesity and inactivity. Due to an increase in blood pressure, the heart function also disturbed, and circulation of the heartbeat also increased, that increased blood pressure is one of the reasons of the heart attack.
